WALK. It does a body good.

Let’s face it.  Life can be overwhelming at times.  We can feel defeated, down trodden, hopeless, helpless and just all around bummed out.  A few years ago I was caught in this vicious cycle.  I couldn’t shake it.  I remember talking to a woman about it.  She said that usually you need to keep perspective by looking at the big picture.  However, at this point in my life, the big picture was very overwhelming.  I shifted gears.  I broke the big picture down into the smallest possible way.
