We will give you important tips on how your gears work, how to brake properly, how to navigate different types of terrain and ensure that your experience is a memorable one. What to Wear:
Padded biking shorts are the best if you have them. Regardless, wear shorts or shorter pants so you won’t get caught in the chain. A breathable shirt is great, comfortable shoes (unless you have biking shoes that clip in), bike gloves if you have them, a lightweight long sleeve shirt or windbreaker, sunglasses and sunscreen.
