Will Walk for Whiskey

Sometimes you meet people in your life that you want to go the extra mile for.  I had that opportunity the other day on a snowshoe tour.  I had three gentlemen from Florida who I just knew were going to be a blast.  At the last minute I thought, oh I’ll just throw a little bit of whiskey in my flask as a surprise treat if the moment presents itself.  Well, the moment presented itself and it was a perfect cap to the perfect hike.  Great weather, amazing company and little bit of extra warmth.  You never know what you are going to encounter out on the trail.  Best to be prepared for everything!
