What a day! Beginning of February, sunshine, blue skies, no clouds and 40 degrees??? I hate to say it folks, but that’s what dreams are made of. Park City is a shining example. On our snowshoe hike with some architects from D.C., those were the exact conditions we had to work with. Absolute beauty was all around. Not only were the three clients, wonderful, sweet and fun, but they were old friends who were just hilarious together! The best advice ever given me was “don’t take yourself too seriously!” We adopted that manta very quickly several minutes into our snowshoe hike. The jokes and relentless bantering were never ending and hilarious at that. There’s just something about people who are comfortable in their own skin and not afraid to show it! After about an hour snowshoe hike, we pulled over onto some sunny rocks, took our snowshoes off and enjoyed a delicious lunch by Savory Kitchens. We had turkey and cheese sandwiches, salad, vegetable soup and brownies to boot! Soaking up some Vitamin D and delicious food was just what the doctor ordered! What had a blast and I am thankful for my time with the crew! Happy Trails were definitely had by all!!!
